Possibility of me making Freelancing Academy.

So, I am deciding I want to make an Academy for people to learn how to become freelancers, So I am looking for Devs, GFX Artists and more if you are willing to join. We will be offering classes to teach users how to become freelancers, from skills to advertisement to money management & more. I will not be paying you, You will not have a single penny cut from your pay, You can choose to have tuition for your classes and if you want public classes or private. You can even offer videos as well. I simply just want a platform for freelancers to project themselves to a larger audience and expand the freelancing community. I feel this idea has a few faults, But if executed the right way this could turn out amazing.
