Possible Future Misunderstandings

Hello.
I'm just gonna leave this here, as 2 users said they would open a scam report of me.
I just wanna clear out I didn't scam, I don't really care about getting banned, I just want to get my reputation of a trusteworthy person.
So, Unquestionable sold me the account Gender for 18€.
Before paying, I tested the account and it had security questions on. So I asked him what were the answers, and he said he never had them. So, as I asked him to fix them, I paid him to not be that person that leaves something before ending it. So, I waited for around a week, and nothing. I told him I would wait 1 more day then I would request a chargeback. As he didnt answer within the first hours, I resolved opening the dispute to PayPal. Then, he answered me so I tried to cancel the dispute. It was saying the action was invalid, so there was no point of return. He's now blaming everything on me as the fault is his, as I think its not even allowed to sell alts on here. I couldnt change a single thing on the account. He's threatning me he will terminate the Gender account, but hasnt understood yet I dont care, as the account is AIDS AF and doesnt let me change anything.

He said he never had access to it. He said he d terminate it if I won the dispute. He removed me from skype now ahha

Sounds like a highly unplausible story from his side. I recommend formulating this text into bulletpoints and getting screenshots of the skype conversation while you can. That way, you can present a solid defense.
Even if you dont care about getting banned, I recommend you still try to win the scam report. Getting banned for scamming (especially if you didnt do it) is worse than getting banned for almost anything else.
