Size?
I can make a nice one in a few days with terraforming and such.
But if the size is big... You won't be getting one for cheap. I'd recommend just downloading one off YouTube or MinecraftMaps, as many people will attempt to scam you one.

Call of Duty maps in minecraft are not such a common thing that you're likely to find a premade one on here.
As M6Gaming said, download one that's publicly available. For a recreation, that's not a problem anyway, since anyone making a custom version of that same map will likely have a lot of similarities to that anyway.

How much would a futuristic map be 100 x 100? or 150 x 150?

depends what you'd use it for. The best measure of scale is to assume that blocks are 1m cubed. I assume most CoD maps have a size estimate, that translated into blocks would be the best scale.
