Everyone has these cooldowns. I personally think they should stay in-tact to prevent spam and spambots from taking over the forum. You should take at least 15 seconds between each post anyway, so I don't see how it's a problem, personally.

I get loads of notifications everyday, and I respond to it. There are even cooldowns with PM's, which I find weird. We donate for a rank, to get rid of some things, and post cooldowns should be a part of it.

Premium >> 15
Supreme >> 10

It doesn't have to be part of it. 15 seconds goes by a lot quicker than you think.

There's no reason that anyone should be making a post in less than 15 seconds. If anything, members without upgrades should have to wait longer between posts.

If you are responding to alerts within only 15 seconds, you probably aren't writing a good quality post. I get a lot of alerts as well, but I don't even notice the 15 second timer, because I reply with well-written posts for each alert. That's the point I'm trying to make.

There's nothing wrong with suggesting that members should wait longer, but there's no reason that 15 seconds isn't unreasonable.

This has been rejected for the reason above. It's an important thing and it doesn't hurt anyone much at all.
