The point of this post is for anyone and everyone to post their plugin ideas, basically i run a faction server and looking for some plugin ideas that i can hire a developer to make. If this plugin gets created, with the permission of the creator i'll also give the person that suggested the idea the plugin. I'll be playing for the custom plugins, just looking for more ways for my server to be a bit more unique with the help of all of you!

Because you get the plugin as well, for free. So if you cannot afford a dev then you can share your idea with him.
