Damn. Take care of it. She's really getting old. You should change the oil next time she's due her next 5k miles and send it over to a special lab so they can see how badly the car's engine is or if it's healthy or not. It'll show if they're indicating wear/tear and find potassium or iron in the oil. It's sorta like blood work like a human but with a car.
