I've got a few.
These are all taken on my school computer (they force me to keep school applications on the desktop) so I don't have the icons showing, but at home, I have my Games folder in the top left, YT folder in the top right (OBS, Sony Vegas, Photoshop, etc), Miscellaneous folder in the bottom left (code editors, stuff for my keyboard/mouse lighting, game data, etc), and the Recycle Bin in the bottom right. That's everything.
