Your phone is jailbroken and you're not using a theme?

not yet those are the web clips so I can tap them and get updates on the jailbreak status. iOS 9.2 isn't jail broken yet and apple stopped signing 9.0.2 so no jailbreak yet and when I do I'm doing it mainly to get untethered wifi hotspot because sprint sucks ass and even with my unl plan I can't get wifi hotspot
