I'd get a headset hanger instead of your pc case, since it blocks the vent.
Get some velcro for that led controller and stick it under the desk
you can throw a cable sleeve under the desk if you want
the speaker placement on the left doesn't make sense. you need to turn way too much to use the monitor. bring it next to the right monitor and put the left speaker on a shelf where the box is and put the box somewhere else. you can also stick the suboofer on that side aswell
oh and ffs get a cup holder
and a controller stand
also cat beds works well under desks[DOUBLEPOST=1583301458][/DOUBLEPOST]

Please don't judge my blue lights, it made under my desk just black but you can still see the power button of the PC.

get those god dam headphones off of your monitor and move the controller
stick the headphones on $1 stands.
I'd put a shelf next to the desk in-between the bed if you can. If not, maybe a wall shelf? If not that. Just mount the monitors and get a duel controller stand. it'll give you more mouse room. let you turn the monitor to your bed and let you play proper console experience.
also your mic placement blocks everything
ideally you should get a boom arm. if not, stick it to the right side (onto the vent kind of) or even under a monitor and bring it out when needed
