Hey so it's a pretty nice setup here's just some thoughts I'd suggest for it, totally up to you.
You've got a lotta desktop items. I'd recommend hiding them. Also you have a lot on the task bar, same thing. But that's mostly preference.
If you can, you might to not have the left monitor tilted so much ergonomics wise.
It looks like you cable tied the mouse and keyboard wire and tried to cable manage the stuff overall, but I'd tie it in a way so the bulk is hidden by the PC. Not right in front of the monitor.
You might want to push the PC forward more if you can, since it's mostly blocked airflow wise.
What is that lock thing? Looks neat!
I'd definitely suggest getting an led strip for the back of the monitor.
The headset stand is cool but sort of our of place. Same for the boom arm. I'd put the boom arm closer to the PC (facing it, and then to the right a bit, in that area under the poster), assuming it fits there. It just seems like it's in the way. But up to you.
I'd also move the headset stand back more, looks like you could use that room for other stuff.
Besides for that, good stuff man!

I absolutely cannot place my icons anywhere else, I've got everything where I want it to be and it'd screw up my muscle memory because I never have applications on startup

The lock thing is used to boot the computer, setup by my dad as a 11th birthday suprise, computer only boots with a (electronic?) card which I basically hover/tap infront of it, there is no other way to turn on the pc if it's shut down (unless you open the case and turn it on from the motherboard)

I tried that, but because my door is right next to (on the left side, a few feet away) the setup, it hurts the eyes more than it provides beauty but I've got the strips on my desk now and it looks sick!

Headset stand has been spray painted black, and now goes with the theme! It was 3D printed so that's why it is in green haha

It does fit there, I might re-arrange the setting.
