s not much special going on here, you are going into a very saturated market without being different...
I understand that but we all have to start somewhere and as a starting business I don't see why we should have owned hardware at the minute.

I don't think anything is wrong with renting hardware.

As long as it's from a reliable source, the only thing you need to focus on is execution.
  • What will make your hosting company different than the others?
  • Do you have enough funds to at least keep the company operating for a year?
  • Do you have a nice written out business plan to keep you on track?
  • Are you planning on registering the company?
There are a lot of key factors that go into making a unique hosting company. If you can't think of anything new to bring to the market, please rethink investing into the hosting industry.
