If you use a self hosted wallet yes you don't need a SSN, but obtaining the bitcoins would be difficult without a card. Unless he is selling a service or goods.

Also most people don't have bitcoin to pay with and he would lose transactions that way too.

lol, what is the point of paypal if you're not storing money in their? that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard...

Personally I dont like storing money in my paypal. I had a buddy of mine who is 18 and had there paypal verified and everything and paypal put his money on hold and it was a good bit to. When he had contacted them they said there was nothing they can do about it.

Bitcoin or this. If you are doing so make sure to create an account in Canada or Australia. They won't ask for verification nor fuck around.

Do you mean creating a pay pal in Australia? I'm Australian and its easy setup but they do ask for verification and they do limit accounts. Unlimiting is also a long as fuck process
