My name is Muffins, I am the Staff Manager Assistant here at PotionMC. PotionMC is a lifesteal server that averages around 60-75 players at once. We are looking to expand our staff team and get some active, professional, mature, and helpful staff members. Currently the only positions open are:
Helper
Moderator
Senior Moderator
Helpers primary job is to moderate chat, handle general support tickets, and to answer peoples questions in chat. As a helper, don't be afraid to ask questions or ask for help. This is a team environment and we are willing to help you if you make mistakes.
Moderators do a bit more, they punish rule breakers who are hacking, and you have access to more permissions and able to handle more things. Helpers often go to moderators for help, so its important that you are willing to help them.
Senior Moderators oversee both the moderators and helpers, and you are the most senior member of the moderation team. While most of your duties are similar to those of a moderator, you will be the person who is asked a lot of questions from helpers and moderators, you also have access to larger permissions such as /ipban, coreprotect etc.
