Hello MC-Market, my name is Max and after several months I have decided to reopen my server PotsHQ. Now it's been several months since I had really ever looked for staff members and potential Managers for the network so I am trying to keep this simple.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who is professional & mature.
Someone with a strong work ethic.
Someone who is not looking for pay.
Someone who has done this type of thing before.
Someone reputable (the least bit.)
Someone who can follow expectations and enforce them.
Someone who can be on day to day.
Someone who can host staff meetings every Saturday.
Someone who can sort out issues within the staff team that does not take the requirement of an Owner.
Someone who willing to work with others and take their opinions on Management.
Someone who doesn't take crap from people.
Someone who is brutally honest.
Someone who knows basic HCF / Server commands.
Someone who can come to me about real issues that require me.
I don't have an age requirement because I don't believe someone's abilities are justified by age. I believe whoever is capable of taking on a Management role may have their time do to so.
