PotterWorld Role Playing Server. Need Experienced Developers!

Im PieBam, and I will be opening a Harry Potter role playing minecraft server. On this server I am wanting custom plugins, builds and texture pack. If you haven't seen Harry Potter before, there is a lot of stuff. Including classes, 3D wands, Brooms and more. I am gonna need a lot of experienced developers. I am willing to pay a fee for each custom plugin they make (They can give me a price if they want).
