PoweredEurekA! is looking for a dedicated and talented build team. Landscapers, builders, and sculptors are some of the roles we would like to fill.

We have 2 years of server administration and social media experience; Running a community that is not only international, but also diverse in talents. We feel we can offer a competitive and affordable build collection, but we need you -- the builders.

Here’s what we have to offer:

• A guaranteed commission rate, this means a small advanced payment will be given regardless of whether or not a build has been sold (provided that they have been accepted by us and our standards).
  
  
• We pay based on complexity and scale, this is in addition to the guaranteed commission rate.
  
  
• Each sale of your build will be an additional commission based on the rate; This means for as many sales we get for your build, you share the revenue.
  
  
• By joining our team, you can help build a diverse portfolio working on your own terms, while collaborating with other talented builders.

Here’s how it works:

• Once you’ve applied using this [link], we will review your application and get back to you within 72 hours.
  
  
• We will contact you via Skype.
  
  
• An interview process will take no longer than 15-30 minutes; We’ll ask you to confirm some questions or concerns we have.
  
  
• By this point, you’ve most likely been provisionally accepted, and will now have access to our private build server.
  
  
• We will ask you to build a sample of what you consider the best of your abilities (in a 50x50 scale).
  
  
• Based on this build, we will determine if your style is compatible with our other team members, this build may also result in a confidence pay (a fixed price we will pay you regardless if it sells).

Minimum requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old (exceptions can be made for no less than 16).
  
  
• Must have access to a valid email, Skype, and PayPal.
  
  
• Must have reasonable availability (Exceptions can be made for contracted builds for smaller components).
  
  
• Must be able to speak fluent English and communicate with other team members.
  
  
• Must have a portfolio of 3 original builds.
  
  
• Preferable to have WorldEdit and/or VoxelSniper experience.
