OVH Game Anti-DDoS has recently upgraded their infrastructure to withstand that amount, I've also confirmed this information by calling them and they have said they have more than 1.2Tbps but their representative recommended to advertise around 1.2 Tbps- 1.7 Tbps.

I would recommend trying out Titan nodes there offering free trials
He's asking for 4.2GHz processor. not 3.7GHz.
E3-1240V6 can turbo to 4.1Ghz, which I can assure you 0.1Ghz is not going to make much of a difference.
As Zelon-Jack said, it can turbo to 4.1ghz under load and the 0.1 ghz difference is over compensated for by the huge increase in quality and performance of a premium cpu like a Xeon e3-1240v6.
Please educate yourself before trashing on hosts :tup:
