So I'm quite new to trading but have really gotten into it over the past week. Atm I have quite a large amount of ethereum and dogecoin which I bought off friends and family that have mined it.

I am looking for a website that allows me to purchase crypto currencies with PayPal or debit card at relatively low fees. My problem is that I am 17 and therefore fail to sign up to sites like coinbase since when I submit ID it gets denied. If anyone can help me out I would be very grateful.

I also don't want to convert my current coins so sites like shapeshift are out of the question.
