Practice Core (NEEDED FAST)

I am looking for a working 1.7-1.8 practice core that works with no bugs and can hold 200-300 players on the server without causing any lag from the plugin. The Practice plugin has to be customizable and has a built in scoreboard if possible a custom tab (DW if you don't have the TAB). Kohi ELO system as well.

If you have a plugin and think you can sell me it? Well first you need these requirements:

- Have proof you own it
- Proof it is custom/Not leaked all over
- You have the source (If not makes it hard!!)
- Be able to show me somehow.
- Priced $50-80 price can change depending on how good it is.
