Going to get straight to the point. I am a owner wanting to branch off into different gamemodes and needing assistance when dealing with Practice and KitPvP plugins, I am unaware of most of the or-deal but I think we can make some things happen.

What am I looking for?
Experienced developers who have a portfolio of at-least have worked on "big networks". These servers you had to work on have to had over 300+ players on a day.
EXAMPLES: VeltPvP, Zonix, Zelix, Badlion, Arcane, ect.. I am in no need of any type of developer that has worked under the table for servers like what I stated above. I need proof that you had some infliction inside of the workings of the servers via paycheck, percents, ect..
NO! I am not looking for exact copies of servers like Velt or Arcane, I am only looking for personal setups that I desire and custom to only my servers. (Unless stated otherwise).
**YOU HAVE TO BE ABOVE THE AGE OF 18, OR TURNING 18 IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS TO A WEEK** I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANYBODY UNDER THE AGE OF 18, DUE TO CONTRACT AFFILIATION REQUIREMENTS.
