Practice Leaderboards Website

Soo I got a website thingo I bought a while ago that has like a forums, leaderboards after match duel link thing idk what its called and a ticket system. Thing is when I bought it, I found out that it needs like smtp, redis, mongo etc and idk anything with these db's but I own a mongo and redis and a vps. I just need help with setting it up because it has a API thing with a core that has like a /register command that uses smtp to send a verification code.

Basically what am trying to find is a developer or development team that would be able to help me set the website up and make it function properly aswell as making the leaderboards work (uses mongo) and helping me setting up everything. The website is designed and everything is ready but it just needs to be setup and I need help making it work with my practice core. Its python code and everything is fully there coded and designed but I just need help setting it up and making it work because when I uploaded the files it just said "No Permission". We can discuss about the price but this is just setting up the website and making the leaderboards work with my practice core so it shouldn't cost THOUSANDS and am looking for a reasonable price.
