Practice Plugin Pricing

I know a human being who is currently developing a practice plugin, with all of the following features. I was wondering how much it would be worth (to help him price it) if here were to sell either 1, 2 or 3 copies (He wants it semi-exclusive or exclusive).

Features:

Scoreboard (Match, Lobby, Queue, Staff)
Entity Hider (For multiple matches per arena)
Infinite Gamemodes (You create ex.Map 1-NoDebuff)
Infinite Kits (With kit editor for players)
Infinite Arenas
Matches & /duel with...
(Pearl cooldown, Custom kits, Scoreboard, Custom nam-tags, Ability for soup, After match inventorys, and more)
Party's with (Party vs Party, Party Split, and FFA matches)
Staff-Mode with login passwords (optional in config)
AntiLeak-Protection.

Ranked/Unranked matches,
Custom /msg system.

Depend if the author is selling it public or private , depend how exactly good plugin is..

Plugin would be 100% bug tested. And the plugin is 90% complete however the author of the plugin only has 2 alts, and needs at least 4 to test some of the features. So It's making it hard for him to progress with things like testing spectator mode as you cant spectate and fight + testing party as he needs more alts to create partys. I do not have any accounts to lend him so he is stuck in a jiff.

I've run into problems like that too. You'll need to make some temporary plugin changes to test things. As an example I did a ban plugin with only one account for me to use, so I tested it in two parts then assembled knowing the two parts worked and therefore the whole thing worked, despite not being able to see the whole thing.
