Practice plugin same as kohi

I'm searching a developer to make the same practice plugin as kohi for me.
I have a network of 2k+ people and can use a big practice server.
My Budget is around 100 euro's for this plugin.
I'll give more in time when we need more features.
Please only contact me if your a very good developer to make this plugin.
Don't forget everything must run via mysql and without buggs.

100 euros is nothing. You'd be looking upwards of 500 for something like this. I'd honestly expect you to have a larger budget if you have 2k players online.

he owns pika-network, actually has a server, although he is low balling, custom kohi style plugins are usually 2-300.
