Practice plugin with HCF kits & KoTH

Looking for a practice plugin with:

Scoreboard, it should only show up when a player is on enderpearl cooldown or in a KoTH fight. It should also show if you're archer tagged or have an archer tag on a player when you're in archer. It should also show your energy if you're bard.

Arena and kit management. I should be able to choose the priority of each kit (for the unranked/ranked GUI's). Arena's shouldn't be multi-use UNLESS you can hide the players, sounds, pots, dropped items, everything. I should be able to choose whether an arena is a regular arena or a KoTH arena. I should be able to set the capzone of the KoTH area in KoTH arenas.

Unranked/ranked modes. Unranked kills/deaths should be stored in a MySQL database. Ranked kills, deaths, elo, fights (with inventories) should be stored in a MySQL database.

Kit editor like kohi, if you don't know what that looks like, ask a friend or look it up.

Teams/parties with:

• Team duels (team vs team), mechanics should be similar to a 1v1 duel. There should also be an option to turn HCF kits and KoTH mode on and off. It should say in the duel request sent to the party that HCF kits and KoTH mode are either on or off.
• Team split, splits the team EVENLY into two teams. There should be an option to disable/enable HCF kits and disable/enable KoTH mode.
• Team FFA, team free for all, there should not be an option for HCF kits or KoTH mode.
• 2v2 queue with all the kits I've set up. HCF kits or KoTH mode should not be enabled. These stats don't have to be stored in a database.
• Redrover, similar to HysteriaPvP's, I should be able to set up a lobby where the two captains are across from eachother in a room and they can pick the players who are in the middle, it should randomly pick who can pick first and once all players are picked, the captains have 10 sec to /pick the player on their team who they want to go next. After the first player on each team is picked, it should randomly choose players from each team to fight.

There should be a built in mod mode, as well. Just like spectator but with mod mode items (compass, carpet, random teleport, toggle vanish).

We have ranked, and are currently working on mysql.

When I played it, there wasn't a website with stats or a ranked feature. Just a "Queue" sword.
