Im looking for a done practice plugin with scoreboard, and combo hitdelay, and builduhc support, non-skidded plugin. It shouldnt be exclusive.

$20 is not going to get you a practice plugin that is custom.

If you didn't want an exclusive one then why'd you make a post asking for this plugin rather than looking around for it I'm sure this has already been made for $20 but the fact you made a thread signifies you want it made for you.
