I'm looking for a Practice plugin that has the following below

- Kit Editor

- Unranked - Ranked Queuing Must win 10 matches before playing ranked games

- Party's Team Fights, Koth Fights (Optional)

- BuildUHC Support

- Custom Tab

- Scoreboard - Must look like this

Enderpearl Cooldown

- Gametypes - Able to create kits delete kits etc

- Arenas - Must be able to setspawns and be able to create arenas with Worldedit
must be able to have unlimited people playing in the one arena at once

- MySQL Support

- Fights - in fight must have Opponent on top and Duration on bottom

- Spectating - When someone is spectating it says in chat that player has started spectating

- KB - Able to use any Spigot with the practice plugin

- Elo

- Leaderboards supports for Elo to see whos got the most elo

- Settings - So you can turn off scoreboard toggle duels and toggle messages

- Ping Command
