Practice PvP Events

I am looking for a plugin that every x minutes a broadcast is sent that an event is being started. Players can then type /join to join the event going on. Winner of the gamemode will get x money. Some events could be last man standing, koth, 1v1 tournament, etc. It would also be cool to have copies of all these events but in team form. team of 2 and 3. More info available in PM. Im looking to buy this cheap and you can then resell it.
