Practice PvP Plugins [Duel,Team,LoadSaveSigns,..]

Hello, I have a good running PvP Practice server but I feel like something is missing.
That's why I made a list of custom plugins that could make the server 10 times better.
If you have or can code any of the following plugin please contact me and send me your skype name so we can discuss a price.

1. Duel: Easy way for players to challenge eachother into a 1v1 by simply using a command. (Kohi/Badlion Style)

- Supporting multiple arenas!

/Duel setspawn2

2. Team Plugin: Allow players to create their own team and challenge other teams into a 2v2/3v3/4v4.

/Team create
/Team Invite [playername]
/Team Accept [Playername]
/Team List (members in team)
/Team Challenge [other player names team] -> Teleports you to an arena.

3. LoadSaveSigns Plugin: Allow players to right click a sign to Save and Load their inventory.

I know there's public ones out there but all of them have buggs into them like Stacking health potions etc.
