Practice Server - Chat+Tab+Ranks

Hey! I am one of the owners of a server called 'WTap Pratice' I am running into one issue. I am looking for a plugin that colours tab and chat for different players with different ranks. I want to make it so it looks basic, no prefixs just colours. If anyone can tell me a plugin that is free that does what I am looking for. Thank you (wtap.us is the server I own.) Also a permissions/rank giver/manager.

I was thinking of practice names and I was like hmm "whats a good practice server that did good"
I was thinking of zonix.us, strafe.us "oh! good strafe.us whats a simular name"

Nah man, it looks good,unique and it's kind of cringe/funny.

I am looking for a plugin that makes every single player (big server) a certain color. Then make different ranks have different colours automaticly without setting each player 1 by 1.
