Pre 1.13 iron golem spawning

As many of you may know, after an update in 1.13, iron golems now check for blocks to spawn on instead of spawning mid air. I would like a plugin that reverts this back to the way it was in previous versions, say 1.7 or 1.8. This is paid, of course, and would be for version 1.14.4. Please let me know if you can do this and I will be more than happy to message you!
