Pre-made Medieval City/Town Spawn

I am looking to purchase an already made medieval town/city spawn. I would like for it to possibly have a dock. I would like for it to have a fair amount of medieval homes/buildings and possibly shops for villagers. I have a high budget as well. Let me know if you have something you think I might like.
