Prefix plugin (Not rank)

Hello, I am looking for a prefix plugin that is compatible with Pex, ChatManager and a MySQL database, such as Velt's prefixes.

Budget: ~$10 (We can negotiate)

The plugin would look like this:

{OPTIONALPREFIX} {PEXRANK} {PLAYERNAME}: {MESSAGE}

Players who have access to prefixes can have the option to turn off or change prefixes through a GUI accessible by a command in-game. I already have pex and chatmanager setup, I just need the plugin's config to match the ChatManager's to look like the example above ^

I think you can use DeluxeTags for this prefix, you can choose prefix with gui.

Iuse pex so Iwas trying to show what the chat would look like with all my plugins so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings
