Prefix Plugin

I'm looking for someone who can make a plugin that sets a prefix above someone's head.
I know that there are plugins like nametagedit but that's doesn't work for someone reason.

Why the plugin dosent work?

It apparently doesn’t work with the my version of luckperms. I don’t get any errors or anything so I figured let’s just get my an other plugin.
