Prefix/Suffix Tab Plugin

Hello there MCM,
Today I would like to give to you a free plugin. This plugin will allow users to use commands to set their own prefix/suffix in-game. It also allows players to reset their tab names, and allows staff to reset other players names.
Commands:
/prefix <prefix> - Set your own tab prefix.
/suffix <suffix> - Set your own tab suffix.
/reset - Reset your prefix and suffix.
/reset <player> - Reset another player's prefix and suffix.
Permissions:
command.prefix - /prefix
command.suffix - /suffix
command.reset - /reset
command.reset.others - /reset <player>
