I am looking for a website preloader. I am on a low low budget for this since the thing I have it for I will be making $0 and giving it back to my community in giveaways and stuff like that. I am looking for a preloader that has a dark grey background then a purple circle in the middle and a P in the middle of the circle and when the page is like 50% loaded the circle will be 50% done so at the 6 O'Clock position. And the P will be filled up half way also.
