Hello, my names Oz/ViLyx. I’m seeking a premade Factions server with everything 100% setup just needs a little bit of config.yml changes. Preferably have a few custom plugins and a nice economy.

If you’re wanting to sell me a network, I’d like Skyblock, Factions, Hub(Bungee) and Prison any other servers included are grateful! Preferably all have some cool custom features. Prefer builds with them but I can find some if there isn’t any!

TOS (Terms of Service) -When doing deals/loans with me!

1.All payments sent from me will be in PayPal Goods & Services.
2.All payments sent to me will be in PayPal Friends & Family.
3.I reserve the right to deny your request, even if you meet my criteria.
4.I reserve the right to chargeback on my payment to you if I deem it necessary (only in cases where you fail to communicate with me).
5.I reserve the right to choose our method of communication, be it Discord, Telegram, Twitter or MCM PMs. I will ask you to verify yourself via PM on MCM before continuing on with my chosen medium of contact.
6.Loan extensions will not be granted without sufficient reason and added ROI.
7.You agree to pay the loan back in full with negotiated ROI on or before the decided-upon return date.

Server Selling TOS (Domains, Logos, Discords, and Servers):
TOS:

1. Can only pay with F&F

2. ChargeBacks not permitted.

3. I will not go first.

4. All payments for all included in package are YOUR responsibility after purchase, not mine.

5. I do not need to sell you anything if I deem the bid is to low.

6. You are not allowed to retract bids after putting up a bid, make sure you have the right amount before bidding.

7. I am NOT responsible for past payments/chargebacks made by past players. You will need to deal with that if a situation like this pops up.

I have the right to refuse an order.
1. - All payments to me, will be in Crypto or F&F if you have good rep.
2. - All payments I send, will be via Goods and Services, unless if you are a reputable user then they will be sent via F&F/Crypto (or other methods as you wish).
3. - I don't refund any payments, unless work HASN’T started.
4. - It is your responsibility to keep up to date with these terms of services as you are dealing with me.
5. - I'm not responsible if an account is pulled/not accessible after the sale has been completed, it is out of my hands. I'm not responsible if after any work is completed, you change something and it affects your infrastructure.
6. - You may not chargeback any payment that you send to me. If you chargeback, you will pay the $20 fee and I will open a scam report against you.
7. - If something I sell you is pulled back, I will offer you a maximum of a 80% refund, however we can negotiate.

Once work has started I will charge more if you request any additional features.
9. It's down to my discretion whether I offer refunds.
