It's still not your job. If you feel like the staff team are not doing enough the make a complaint. It gets very annoying for people to see someone who inst a moderator telling them what to do.

Sorry for intervention, but I think 9yz is doing a good job, and I also think it is all forum member's job to keep the forum clean, in this way it will be a better experience for everyone, this kind of posts in wrong sections are trashing the forum generally.
