If premade.. and already configured someone would have to have a complete custom config for it if you want it to be unique. I can configure things for you, but I don't have any premade config copies. PM me if interested in just a custom config.
If I want it to be unique would I have to come up with my own idea? I'm not too good at that but I would like it to be different than the rest
Then custom sounds best. I don't suggest premade. most likely its been resold.
Premade means not unique because it's been made for someone else or for the purpose of reselling. If you want something custom and unique you need to change the title to Buying Custom Coded PvP Plugin and specify every detail of what you want. Saying you want "Gui"'s doesn't mean anything because no one knows what you means.
Well to make it more clear I asked for premade because I do not have any ideas of how to make it unique. That's why there aren't much details
Then no one can make this for you because what is a "premade pvp plugin"... no one knows what that means. You haven't even specified what type of PvP it is or anything about the gamemode...
