Yeah so premiere decided to be garbage and whenever I change the velocity, everything is in a delay / happens too soon, the opacity, scale and etc, premiere tells me that there are no keyframes on that part of the timeline and there shouldn't be any change yet the video changes scale randomly because of the velocity that happens at the very beginning of them video , now, how do I fix it, anyone else is having that problem? or maybe it's a new premiere bug that should be reported?
