PremissionEX trouble please help!

I gave them the permissions but they still get the message "Hey! sorry, but you don't have permissions" how do I fix this? please help me.

Not the correct section to be replying to, but i CBA looking for the other thread (if any) But I do not reccommend the AdvancedBans Plugin as a simple name change will refresh all punshments, I suggest Litebans, Or Maxbans (free alternativce) that uses UUID's and not usernames to punish a user, in reguards to the PEX, no clue/havn't really looked.
