Q: What sizes will I receive?
A: You will receive 1-2 versions of the banner: one compressed to under 350kb, and where the compression resulted in a loss in quality, another compressed to under 750kb.
Q: 72 hours?? I'm waiting till the last minute and need it done sooner! Can you help me with that?
A: Sure thing! Most of my templates have an "expedited service" option which you can select. And even though the maximum time to wait is 72 hours, I will often have the banner ready within 24 hours.

Q: I bought a banner, but now I'd like something changed. Can you do that?
A: You bet! After you've purchased a banner, changes can be made for some price - usually only $5. The exception is a change to the server's name -- for that, you'll have to buy a new banner, sorry!
