Q: I've got a question/comment/concern that isn't on this list. How can I contact you?
A: Shoot me an email at [email protected], add me on Skype at acap411, or on Discord at ZGraphics (acap41)#6375. You can also simply PM me, or reply to this thread. Whichever is most convinient for you! I'll respond to your message as soon as I can.​

Q: What sizes will I receive?
A: You will receive 1-2 versions of the banner: one compressed to under 350kb, and where the compression resulted in a loss in quality, another compressed to under 750kb.

Q: 72 hours?? I'm waiting till the last minute and need it done sooner! Can you help me with that?
A: Sure thing! Most of my templates have an "expedited service" option which you can select. And even though the maximum time to wait is 72 hours, I will often have the banner ready within 24 hours.​

Q: I bought a banner, but now I'd like something changed. Can you do that?
A: You bet! After you've purchased a banner, changes can be made for some price - usually only $5. The exception is a change to the server's name -- for that, you'll have to buy a new banner, sorry!​

Q: I want to buy in bulk. Can I get a discount?
A: Usually, yes! Just contact me, and we can discuss details.​

Q: I have an idea for a new template banner. Maybe you could make it?
A: Maybe! Just shoot me a message and I'll take a look.​

Q: Your template banners are cool, but I'm looking for something custom. Do you offer those as well?

ZGraphics Do we have the option of adding more features than the template we're interested in has?

That depends on the template, but in general, it can be arranged for a small extra fee. However, if I add more feature slots, I may not be able to compress it enough for use on PMC.

I've added a new 2D banner to the shop. This one is based off the now often-used design of the old Chaotic Prison banner (made by OwningProds) with a little twist. It has room for 6 features as well as your server's name and address, and colors to customize in the extras if you're looking for a unique flair.

Extras: Custom color scheme (+$5), Custom server name color ONLY (+$3)

The left side is inspired by Chaotic Prison's, as I mentioned in the post. I figured I may as well use that as the basis for a template because it has been copied so many times already. This is only $15, while my custom 2D banners start at $30, with most falling around $50-$60.
