Twittering's Terms of Service
By purchasing any goods from me, be it through a bid, or direct purchase, you are automatically abiding to these following terms:

Chapter 1: Purchases
1.1 - If you are twice as reputable as me, or more, I will be going first. If you have any less reputation than me, you will be by all means going first.
1.2 - If you decide to use a middleman, I will choose them.
1.3 - You only have a 12 (twelve) hour purchase warrantee on ANYTHING that you purchase from me.
1.4 - You will not chargeback, under any given circumstance. If you chargeback without me issuing you to, you will not win the chargeback case, and you will get a scam report on you.
1.5 - After this 12 hour period, you will not be receiving any refunds. Asking to do so after this period will also get you a scam report.
1.6 - I will be keeping all records of anything you purchase, and all messages that you send during them.
1.7 - By entering a deal with me, you will under no circumstance pull out of it. This is considered as lying, deceit, and will be dealt with accordingly.
1.8 - When paying me, it will be through PayPal F&F, and there shall be no complaints with other methods of purchase.
1.9 - If paying with BTC, you will pay 1.1x price than you would pay with PayPal. This is negotiable if it is a high priced-purchase.

Chapter 2: Bidding
2.1 - When you place a bid, you automatically agree that you will maintain this bid, unless somebody else bids higher than you. I will issue a scam report for you if you pull out of bids.
2.2 - All bids are final. No editing bids, I will know.
2.3 - No outrageously scammy bids, such as $9999.00 for a semi-og, etc, to deliberately take customers away from me.
2.4 - You will go first, and under no circumstances will I go first, unless we use a trusted middleman, as most bids that I put get higher prices than normal sales.
2.5 - You have 6 hours of warranty of what you purchase at my auctions.
2.6 - You will not chargeback, under any circumstances. Again, Chargeback = Scam report issued.
2.7 - You will not ask for a refund if anything is wrong with the product, which I will verify, after this 6 hour period.

Chapter 3: Additional Info
3.1 - These terms can and will be set to change at any time, and even more so, without notice.
3.2 - All sales are final.
3.3 - Purchases that I make from you, and you make from me, will be recorded with a screen-recorder, if it is over $25.00, to make sure that you don't scam.
3.4 - If you have gotten a loan from someone to pay for anything from me, you will pay me in full, at one time.
