If it was "This good of a hosting company" it would have a website and a detailed thread design explaining the specs and all other features of the VPS and other features that you would be selling, also going up against other competitors price-wise.

Why not say it here? You're a hosting company, and a company is designed to make money and get clients. Why not make it public, the point of selling product(s) without advertising the company itself is practically useless.

Sounds like an error on the hosting companies part. Can happen sometimes, I know once my system failed and someone had a 2GB server for several months after they stopped paying and should have been cancelled. Found out though in the end and suspended it, however the person had stopped using it long ago. Same is likely to happen here, the company will realise that it should have been suspended at some point. You might think its a good deal, but its not really worth much when it could get suspended at any time with no notice what so ever. Couldn't use it for anything important, too risky. I'd value it more at $10-15/m because of that.
