Premium Membership Before You Can Sell

Probably going to get a lot of disagrees, mainly from non-premiums.

MC-Market is probably the most popular Minecraft market online today, meaning more people, more transactions etc.
I think it would be worth making people give to the community (by purchasing Premium, or something) before they can sell services, or whatever.
Think of it as an investment. Other popular markets do it, not really Minecraft ones though as they're all trying to compete with this one.
Would also mean more money for the site, and would likely lower scam rates.

So basically prevent people from making money until they spend money? This would not solve anything, since a scammer that can scam $20 per account they make or more can still get profit, and in the meantime new services are discouraged from joining.
