Alright, make an custom enchantment plugin.

Basically you add effects onto swords, axes ect, with using a simple command. With the command you may pick the effect you would like for example, poison, wither, slowness, blindness. Also an way in the command to add a percentage chance of effecting the effect poison ect. Add the percentages, 1-100%. You may add like 1.5, 90.5 ect.

- /customenchats enchant list (Lists all the effect available) poison, wither, slowness, blindness
- /customenchants enchant (Effect name) (Chance to Effect enemy) example: /customenchants enchant poison 10 (The 10 stands for 10% chance to poison enemy)
- Add a custom lore onto the item. (Configurable)
- List of %percentages in the config.
