Hello MCM, my name is DurationPvP and I've been playing Minecraft since 2012. Over the years, I've gained a lot of experience on servers. I staffed on huge servers that have hit 1000 players, and as well as some that could barely hit 10. I cater to all types of different servers.
I best fit in as a staff manager, but I can be used however.
Past Experiences:

ParaPvP (Global Administrator) - At Para's peak, the server reached nearly 1200 players. I staffed on Para for a year and a half before later resigning. During my time at Para, I learned how to deal with others when problems ensued. I learned to use social skills to communicate properly when problem-solving. I matured physically and mentally, and my staffing skills sharpened up. I resigned because I wanted something new; I wanted the possibility of managing another server. The dream lasted just short of 1 month, I gave up.
Valux (Administrator) - I became a Valux admin because the owner liked how well I worked with others. Valux is a practice pvp server that is still running which actively hits around 600 players at all times. I resigned from Valux 6 months ago because I was quitting gaming to focus on school. During my time at Valux, I realized who I was and how that would help others. I didn't change myself to work with others, I analyzed my strengths and found out how I could work with there strengths. Valux was one of my last tenures and my best. I felt like I was in my prime.
LionHCF (Manager) - Finally, I had achieved what I had always sought after. The position to manage a server. LionHCF was an HCF only server which peaked at around 30 players. This was not alot, but I had finally achieved what I always wanted to do, which was to manage a server.
I've staffed on numerous other servers like VeilHCF, AuraHCF, etc. I have plenty of experience.
What I can offer:
Professionality
I always present the server in the most professional way, and if a staff member does not I will always let them know that. I do not like immature people, but sometimes a good staff member is immature. This can be fixed very easily, and if it becomes a problem It can be eased. I thrive in these situations.
Communication
I am able to give constructive criticism without making people feel like they have failed or are being negatively judged. I can clearly communicate the owner's and I expectations of the staff.
Conflict Resolution
I have a unique ability to manage conflicts when they arise, I help issues come to resolutions which makes successful relationships develop. I can define and identify conflict styles, causes, and methods for handling conflict which improves the servers productivity.
Leadership
I've been there before. I've done it all. With the experience I've obtained over the years, with it comes leadership. I help bring accountability to our team by creating a supportive and motivating work environment. I am able to manage a wide variety of skillsets.
Connections
Because I've worked with the best of the best, I know the best of the best. I know the best YouTubers and have bonded with them which enables me to get special discounts for advertising, and in certain cases, free advertising.
