Instant. I got mine as soon as I bought it. Should be at least.

Well maybe they have to accept the payment or i don't know...anyway i got confirmation from paypal about the payment

I did yesterday and no one reply

As soon as the payment goes through to MC-Market account then you get the rank. Your payment may be delayed or something..

Could be but any moderator or admin did not reply at all
