Though I have premium already, I will list my reason because I take success as a very serious thing.

Success is the definition of completing your life goals, and being happy in your choices.

As said above, success is something earned, not bought. Success is the ultimate goal for anything you do, and in achieving it, you can gain true happiness.

You must have perseverance because success does not come without hard work, it is not just handed to you but you must work for it. You must have leadership in your team. You will get nothing done if you don't take initive. You must be responsible to keep yourself managed and not stray off from your task at mind.

Success; it doesn't come to you straight away, you have to work hard for it.
I'm trying to be a successful server owner, and it's difficult to become one, but you have to keep trying, even when people hate you so much for being "biased" or whatever, you need to keep on going and achieving the goal you wanted to make.
It is also what makes you happy, you shouldn't try to be successful with something that doesn't make you happy, it is something you should be passionate about & not just the money or popularity involved.

Success ( as I see it) is achieving something that you were looking forward too for a short time or long time. Some people consider success in becoming rich or making a deal that they were wanting to make for a while, other people just want to success in having a good stable life and family so when they do have it it is a very achievement for them. Success as a felling of can be achieved from anything small or big it depends on you.
