PREPARE THE SERVER FOR OPENING | Fix Lag, Crash & Others!

Hi guys,
I'm looking for someone to fix my server a bit regarding lag, crashes and tps and prepare it for opening. The version is 1.19.4 (Bungeecord) but I have encountered various bugs with this version and I would like to get people with versions up to 1.8 in without any bugs and crashes.
Only serious people who know what they are doing otherwise don't even write to me.
I PREMISE THAT I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING SO I NEED A PERSON TO FIX WHAT I'VE CREATED AND PREPARE THE SERVER SO THAT WHEN YOU OPEN IT DOESN'T CRASH WITH ANY VERSION OR IN ANY WAY.

to prevent crashes id suggest exploitfixer
for bungeecord - flamecord
if you have main version 1.8 id suggest flamepaper and use via version to reach up to 1.19+... if your main is 1.19 or whatever skip this one.
to have people able to join from 1.19.4 to backwards to 1.8 viarewind or viabackwards i dont remember tbh..
btw if you dont know use tcpshield for ddos attacks or sth similar.
